1. Selling or transferring of a user account is prohibited. Disclosing of account information to any third party and usage of another member's account is also not allowed.

2. Do not click on your own ads or solicit others to click on your ads. Google will be prompt in banning your Google Adsense Account if any violations of Google's TOS and guidelines is found.

3. Do not use IndianBytes in any manner that is not allowed by applicable laws and regulations.

4. Do not post content that contains profanity,swearing and violence of any kind.

5. Do not post content of a sexual nature, including but not limited to any type of pornography, nude images, sexual language or anything that might be considered adult or mature content. The above includes story content as well as the content of URL target of a story that is posted.

6. The following is not allowed by Google Adsense's Program Policies and are therefore also not allowed on IndianBytes.com. Please note that the following is directly from Google's Adsense Policies Page and is subject to changes. Stories Posted may not include :

A. Violent content, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization
B. Pornography, adult, or mature content
C. Hacking/cracking content
D. Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
E. Excessive profanity
F. Gambling or casino-related content
G. Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking on ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or reading emails
H. Excessive, repetitive, or irrelevant keywords in the content or code of web pages
I. Deceptive or manipulative content or construction to improve your site's search engine ranking, e.g., your site's PageRank
J. Sales or promotion of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, fighting knives, stun guns)
K. Sales or promotion of beer or hard alcohol
L. Sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products
M. Sales or promotion of prescription drugs
N. Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
O. Sales or distribution of term papers or student essays
P. Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others

7. Story title and/or Story content containing ALL CAPS is not allowed.

8. IndianBytes reserves the right to remove a story posted by any user. IndianBytes is not obligated to notify a user when his/her story is removed but we will try our best to communicate directly with the user when deemed fit.
